Adding an Outlook email template for the whole company in M365

Is there a way to add multiple email templates for company-wide use in M365? Most of the information I found talks about individual templates and not ones that can be used by the whole company.

    Outlook does not support the unified management of templates for all users in an organization. Message templates can only be controlled and managed by individuals themselves.

    If you want all users to use the prescribed template when sending emails, we recommend that you format the template for all users and ask them to follow the template requirements when sending emails.

    Also, to get this feature more quickly, I have found a post in feedback collection website, and you could vote for it. Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. You can also make suggestions on that website and hope Microsoft will notice this in the future.
