We recently purchased a Project Standard 2021 license and issued it to the user.
The user can now access the download link from his portal for the software including the license key.
However, after downloading, extracting, and executing the installation he got an error code 30182-1 (2)
I extracted and executed the "setup" installer, but the installation window simply disappears from my screen every time I execute it after a few seconds.
I don't think the 3.74MB installer file for the MS Project Standard 2021 software is working from the provided link on his portal, for have been struggling for a couple of days on this now.
Appreciate any help on this serious matter as the user has legally purchased the license but the product was unable to install on 4 different PCs and separate networks.
