Receiving error at end of web setup

Question

I am attempting to install the ASR appliance. When I tried with no private endpoints It installs. When I attempt with private endpoints configured on vault it fails. with the following error Details Discovery refresh site operation could not be initiated due to the following error: [{'Code':'AgentNotConnected','Message':'The operation (RefreshFabricLayout) was stopped.','PossibleCauses':'The agent having agent Id ec9b8c66-3b85-4327-a576-46676fa055f7-agent has not picked up the job for execution. The last heartbeat from agent was received at .','RecommendedAction':'Please ensure the agent having agent Id ec9b8c66-3b85-4327-a576-46676fa055f7-agent is running and firewall rules are configured to allow communication with Azure service.','Severity':'Error','IsAgentReportedError':false,'AgentErrorCode':null,'AgentErrorMessage':null,'AgentErrorPossibleCauses':null,'AgentErrorRecommendedAction':null}]. All DNS a records for the private endpoints exist in their relevant forward lookup zones. Can anyone suggest a cause based on the error message I am receiving. Since it worked with no Private Endpoints I am assuming its DNS but I believe all a records necessary are in place. Thanks in advance

Hi, I has exactly the same error. I've found that I was missing one or the private endpoints, the one of the MasterSite

Browse from the private endpoint the DNS confuguration, and add it to the hosts file on the Configuration Server. I hope this helps
