Authenticator is not working at all

I’m signed into my Authenticator on my phone. I can’t even get into stuff bc it’s not working. This feature is more aggravating than helpful. I’ve already signed in and out. Every time I need approval in my auth nothing appears.

Fix problems with Microsoft Authenticator - Microsoft Support If this is not possible, go to https://aka.ms/mfasetup to check your verification methods. When you get to the second window, there is an option: " I CAN'T USE MY MICROSOFT AUTHENTICATOR APP". In this option you can register a new phone number and Microsoft will call you to confirm your data. I hope this helps.
