Authenticator app deleted and no login possible (Business Account)
Hello, I have two Microsoft accounts with my current mail, one private and one business. When I log in, I am always asked which of the two accounts I want to log in with. The business account is also the administrator. Unfortunately, I am always asked for the authenticator code when I log in. Unfortunately, I no longer have this code on my cell phone and I can no longer restore it. As I have completely locked myself out, I cannot remove it as I have to contact the administrator, who is me. But I have access to the emails. I have the Business package and have already tried to contact support by phone several times, but I can never get through. Is there a way to verify myself by mail to remove the authenticator and change the password? Best regards Uwe
