"Continue" button runs forever after trying to complete a Knowledge check

    Please let us know have you got a chance to see the troubleshooting steps provided by AmaranS.

    Additionally, as a workaround kindly follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

    1.Kindly go back to the previous unit and start the knowledge check once again.

    2.Complete the knowledge check by providing answers and then click on " Check your answers" button.

    3.After validating the answers, next click on "Continue" button to move to next unit.
