Aloha, After a deletion, I attempted to install SQL SERVER 2022 several times. Each installation attempt resulted in an error, and I couldn't fix the faulty version. I also went through the regedit deletion process, but it didn't help either. The last error message I received is as attached. Please help me!!! (The Microsoft error help link is not accessible.) The SQL Server feature 'SQL_Engine_Core_Inst' is not in a supported state for repair, as it was never successfully configured
Seems the previous uninstallation of SQL Server was successfull / complete. Are there still SQL Server components in the application list? Can you try to uninstall them again?
I tried the deletion and installation again... and for some reason, after 2 days of attempts, it finally worked:) It was only you who made it happen... a thousand thanks
