Why is my Authenticator not displaying Salesforce authentication code?

I replaced my iPhone and am now having issues logging into SalesForce. I am logged into my Microsoft Authenticator application through my organization, but the authentication code is not coming through.

    Hi Chase, If you got a new phone you need to restore all previous connections for authenticator and then you need to visit each site to add the new phone. The process is described here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/back-up-and-recover-account-credentials-in-the-authenticator-app-bb939936-7a8d-4e88-bc43-49bc1a700a40
