We have two Office 365 (O365) tenants and want to synchronize the address books between them. Currently, we are using a PowerShell script to synchronize mail contacts, but we're encountering an issue where the Manager and Org chart fields are not being included in the synchronization process. Could you please advise on how we can include Manager and Org chart information in the synchronization?

I am having a similar issue. We have the cross-connect sync in place with 2 tenants and syncing users between them. When connecting to an external user from one of these tenants; I cannot see the org chart for this external user and the org chart icon is greyed out. Also, Org chart is configured correctly on Teams admin center and be able to see it correctly within the same tenant.
