OneDrive MultiGeo WHAT IS A PDL???

Question

I want to ensure users OneDrive are created in the right location.

I have my mailboxes already setup for MultiGeo replication with AD Connect.

I'm TRYING to find the details on how to setup OneDrive to automatically provision in the right GeoLocation>

Microsoft repeats the acronym PDL over and over in lots of docs. Then never tells you what a PDL is or how to configure it.... I keep searching and finding the same articles.

sorry i get annoyed reading and reading just to have to find a few choice words to filter to a command that could have just been linked in all the other flipping docs.
