Can't create a Personalizer - Gallery item is required no gallery item is provided

Error

I tried to create a Personalizer service in Azure AI Services and I've got an error:

"Could not create the marketplace item Gallery item is required, no gallery item is provided."

    Personalizer is being retired. Starting on the 20th of September, 2023 you won’t be able to create new Personalizer resources. The Personalizer service is being retired on the 1st of October, 2026. More Info here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/personalizer/whats-new
