Quarantine inaccessible: Error message: Failed to load data. Please try again later.
For several weeks, I have been unable to see data in https://security.microsoft.com/quarantinequarantine. This problem started suddenly as I was previously able to access quarantine. Simultaneously, my team started receiving emails affixed with the "first point of safety" notification - i.e., "You don't often get email from..." I have not made any changes to our Defender or to Exchange that would explain the issues we are having. I reported this to Microsoft Support two weeks ago and they have not assisted in resolving this. I am the admin on an account using Microsoft Business Premium. The issue occurs regardless of the network, browser, computer, etc.
