Researching for company i work for. We see old vulnerability CVE-2013-3900 , but the latest we see in bulletin is from January 2022 for version up to 21H2. Does this vulnerable affect Windows 10 22H2.

Build updates are cumulative which means they contains all security updates for previous build. You will need to check how this has been discovered, if you are using vulnerability scanning tool, it might be a false positive. You may try manually install the update fix for this vulnerability and if it shows not applicable it means you are protected and already you have this update.

Thank you. what i do not get is Microsoft should say 22H2 is not affected. But we can try to see.. Can you post the fix ?

Let me update a bit, in this case you won't need to install update and you will just perform a bit of modification. I advise you to have a look at: https://msrc.microsoft.com/update-guide/vulnerability/CVE-2013-3900 It contains all information including modify registry if needed.
