- I am the only Admin on my 365 Business account. No one else can get into the Admin center for our organization. I realize this is a mistake.
- I am setup for MFA using Codes and Notifications
- MFA with SMS texts is not enabled
- Unable to access Admin Center
- When logging in, I put in my username, password, then asks for a authenticator 2 digit number
- My authenticator app on my phone does not provide me numbers or "get codes" to put in as the alternative way
- I have another account on authenticator that DOES receive notification numbers and has codes

- I am unable to reach anyone when calling 1800 865 8653
- I have tried several key words to the automated system to have them route me to a technical support/data security person
- All articles lead me to re setup my authenticator app/ensure notifications are on on my phone. This is complete
- Other articles have me follow a link to change my MFA methods in the admin center, but, again, that requires Authenticator to work properly.
- Not sure the root issue: Please help!! I am locked out completely.
