No certification email received even after completing AZ-400 exam

Hello Team Kindly be noted, MCID:<PII removed> . I have completed AZ-400 exam: Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions and which is my first Microsoft certification in my life. However I have not received any certificate from MS for passing the certification exam. Kindly could you check and send me the same to my email: <PII removed>. Thanks.

    Hi @Pratheesh Prasannakumar Chandrakumary Thankachy After passing the Microsoft exam, within a few hours your certification will appear on your Learning profile Go to Profile -> Credentials -> Certifications User's image

    Hi Pratheesh,

    In order to earn certification you need to pass AZ-104 or AZ-204 in addition to AZ-400. As soon as you pass AZ-104 or AZ-204 the certification will show up.
