Azure migrate - Mobility agent

Hello, I have set up majority of the migration server on the step pre-replication I have to install the mobility agent, I received the following message after I tried to rune the installation. -Agent you are trying to install/upgrade is not built for , can not be installed on this Operating System. Aborting... The instance os is as follows: NAME="Amazon Linux" VERSION="2" ID="amzn" ID_LIKE="centos rhel fedora" VERSION_ID="2" PRETTY_NAME="Amazon Linux 2" ANSI_COLOR="0;33" CPE_NAME="cpe:2.3:o:amazon:amazon_linux:2" HOME_URL="https://amazonlinux.com/" SUPPORT_END="2025-06-30" and the mobility agent I downloaded is the following -Microsoft-ASR_UA_9.48.6260.1_RHEL7-64_GA_21Feb2022_release.tar.gz what am I missing? is there a different mobility agent I need to download and install?

    I understand that you are trying to install the agent and it errors as "Agent you are trying to install/upgrade is not built for , can not be installed on this Operating System."

    Based on the error message, it appears that the operating system is not supported by Azure Migrate. You can refer to the support matrix page here - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/migrate/migrate-support-matrix

    Note: Ensure that the OS and the kernel version is supported.
