how to get rid of dotted box around text?

Hello, these dotted boxes just appeared around my text and i'm not too sure what happened. How do I get rid of them? Thanks in advance!

Hi,

It is recommended that you try to open "File-> Options->Advanced", remove the check box of "Show text boundaries" under the "Show Document Content" tab on the right, and then click OK.
