I AM SO FRUSTERATED WITH MICROSOFT. MY SUBSCRIPTION ENDED AND ALL OF MY FILES ARE THERE BUT THE EDITS TO THEM ARE DELETED. ITS TELLING ME TO RENEW MY SUBSCRIPTION TO CREATE AND EDIT AND I DID THIS HOPING TO FIND MY FILES, BUT THEY ARE THERE AND ITS STILL TELLING ME TO RENEW WHEN I ALREADY HAVE.

Hi Kassidi, What subscription was expired? How was it renewed? Normally, you have 30 days to reactivate subscriptions, and then all files and services will be up and running again. Sometimes it can take a bit of time for the unlock, but it should happen.
