keyboard and mouse blocked anytime

Some time my keyboard and mouse blocked suddenly but when i uninstall USB root hub (usb 3.0)from device manager and then run scan for hardware changes issue was resolved. Why this issue is coming again and again, kindly provide a solutionUser's image

    Keyboard mouse not working, Light not coming in both USB device(Keyboard and mouse)

    Follow steps:-

    1. take remote of system who having issue
    2. Login as administrator
    3. Open device manager as an administrator
    4. Open universal serial bus controller
    5. Right click on USB root hub 3.0 and uninstall it
    6. Now go to action tab on top
    7. run scan for hardware change

    Now issue has been resolved. Indication light available on keyboard mouse and also both devices working fine.

    Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

    To further figure out this issue, please kindly follow below steps to do the troubleshooting:

    1.Keep your driver up to date

    2.Switch your keyboard and mouse to other ports and see if it works

    3.Check the power management settings by Start -> Device Manager ->

    Universal Serial Bus controllers -> USB Root Hub -> right click -> Properties -> Power Management -> check if option "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" is checked.

    4.Check advanced power settings and see if "USB selective suspend setting" is disabled
