Hello, @Chris Hodson ! If your account has been suspended, it's because there was a violation of the terms of service. Sometimes this is due to a loss of security with your account which has given someone else access (two factor authentication is the best tool to combat this). The first thing to do is to check the email account you have on file to determine why the account was locked. Unfortunately, we are not able to assist with these issues on the forums.
What should I do if my account is disabled?
What should you do if you find that your account has been disabled for a violation of the Terms of Service?
- Check your email - For many violations of Terms of Service, you should receive an email sent to the address associated with your Azure subscription that provides additional information so that you can correct the violation. Check your email to see what action needs to be taken.
- Review the Terms of Service - Make sure that you review the Terms of Service so that you are aware of anything that may constitute a violation and take corrective action: Microsoft Azure Legal Information / Microsoft Azure Offer Details / Azure Terms of Service (you'll need to scroll down a bit)
- Create a support request - Violations are reviewed by our security team but if you feel that your case needs to be revisited, create a support ticket. You can do this either online or through the portal by searching for Help + support and clicking on Create a support request (Issue type: Subscription management / Problem type: Re-enable my subscription).
