I need to sign in to my outlook account (school) automatically its telling me write the code from authenticator app but the problem is when im entering to authenticator app its asking for code also. So im kinda in loop. I dont know how to fix it

Do you have any option below your sign-in to "Use and alternate method"? This may let you verify through any other methods you have registered, like phones. Otherwise, you may still have a previous phone that is still registered in Microsoft Authenticator to approve the login, so you can setup the new app. The next thing I would try is loading up https://aka.ms/mfasetup on a desktop computer, and it may have a Windows Hello MFA registered that it can pass through, and let you setup your account in Microsoft Authenticator through a QR Code Finally, if none of those seem to help, you may have to resort to contacting the helpdesk of your school, for them to verify you and reset your MFA, or give you a temporary access passcode.
