Stuttering Video playback in Web browser.

Hello, I have tried every fix I can find on this issue and nothing works. Playback of dvds is normal but when I playback a YouTube video the playback glitches with screen lag and sound pops and clicks. Even if a video is buffered the playback still has issues. Especially so in full screen mode. I have updated graphics drivers etc. Tried other versions of drivers. Turned off hardware acceleration. Checked browser is up-to-date. Changed power settings etc. All of these fixes havnt worked. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

To narrow down the issue, please help check the followings:- Try opening a YouTube video in InPrivate mode in Edge
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Check it on other browsers (like Chrome) to see if there is the same issue
- Check it on other machines
