I've got it figured out. I was able to reinstall the outlook program from my original download in 2021.

Hello, There should be an option in the menu to change it back to the classic view, you would have to toggle it and restart it. If that doesn't help, then maybe you can find the old outlook in your system and make a shortcut. The new version is considered a separate app and did not replace the previous as far as I'm aware. Hope this helps.

    Hi @Angela Collins

Is there a missing option to switch to a new version in the top right corner of your New Outlook?

Try searching for classic Outlook from the Start menu or find Outlook.exe (and create a shortcut).

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16.

If that doesn’t work, you can edit the registry settings to disable the new Outlook. You will need to open the Registry Editor and go to

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Preferences. Find and double-click on "UseNewOutlook" at the bottom of the list. Set the Value Data field to 0.
