Hello, I took the az-500 exam on February 6th of this year (3 days ago), and so far I have only received an email indicating that I have passed the exam and I have been able to see the certificate, but I cannot see the score or the details of the exam anywhere. I also don't see it appear on the Credly portal, how can I fix this? Thank you.

Hi, I can see the certification, but I haven't received the score and percentages of each segment yet, as I have received in the previous ones, where can I see that? I don't see the badge in Credly either. Thanks. Kind regards.

Please use link below to navigate to your Pearson VUE dashboard. You will need to be signed in as the same account you use for your certification exams. There will be a delay while it redirects you, then when you reach Pearson VUE dashboard click on View score reports link in upper right corner.

Once you are on the View score reports screen, click the View button next to the exam and it will download pdf file with your score report.

The relationship with Credly was retired last year, so you won't see a Credly badge.
