Why would Windows Server 2019 RDS not support passkeys?

Hi Microsoft. As it has been confirmed by Yubico, Windows server 2019 1809, when used as RDS host, does not support passkeys in RDP sessions, although webauthn device redirection is active by default at my client (mstsc.exe). Passkeys are used by Microsoft themselves and Server 2019 1809 is still under support. While it had been in mainstream support until Jan. 2024, there was good reason to add support for forwarded fido2/webauthn-capable devices like a Yubikey. Server 2022 supports it. Why not Server 2019? So please be kind and add that support to server 2019, so that the following is possible: Win11 23H2 with inserted Yubikey->RDS on server 2019 (1809)->browser->passkey works!
