Enabling Required build tools using PowerSHell on the VIsutal Studio Build Tools 2022

We have enabled following highlighted tools in the VS build tools 2022 manually, is there any way to enable using PowerShell commands , if yes could you please share, thank you

We have to carefully select each package because as and when you select the consumption of your C drive increases. So it's all user options. I don't think there is a powershell way of choosing.
