Hi we've fairly recently moved from being an on-prem estate to a hybrid estate. We're now getting reports from certain users that they cannot access existing visual studio subscriptions because the account that they registered the subscription with is slightly different to the new UPN. When they try and authenticate they are blocked due to the UPN being different. Is there anyway to get around this other than changing the UPN? I've already read that it's not possible to use an alias. Thanks

    Hi @Rob Priestley-Fenn

You can transfer/migrate the visual studio subscription to another Microsoft agreement
