I use E5 license, In the outlook, Try the new outlook feature is off, When i toggle the button to on, nothing happens.I am not sure if it is a GPO which is blocking this or anything from office365 please guide me on this.

    Hi @Glenn Maxwell

The GPO related to the New Outlook is for hiding or enabling the Try the new Outlook toggle. see this link. Since the toggle is available, it's not likely to be an issue of the GPO.

Then based on my research on the issue symptom, in case it's due to the administrative privileges, please try opening Outlook as administrator instead and see if there would be any difference. If the issue persists, it's suggested to follow the steps below:

    1. Download the .exe installer.
    2. Open PowerShell, change directory to setup file folder first and run the following command:
      .\Setup.exe --quiet --start-

One more thread about similar issue for reference: Try turn on the "Try the new Outlook" toggle option, but it keep or hang on the "Downloading the new Outlook".
