New phone, Authenticator not showing log in or codes

New phone with no access to old phone, logged in to authenticator and it’s giving error messages for iCloud back up. I verified myself and nothing changed. I can’t log into my TikTok and I make income from this now I’m going broke because I can’t get passed the two step verification using the authenticator.

    I did a factory reset my phone. I have a backup of all Auth codes and password updated by can't restore. Waht am I missing here?
