I had to reinstall Windows 10 on my computer and now games do not work. Says I need to insert the disk or other removable media that has the file "Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 x64 Minimum Runtime - 14.22.27821." I don't have any kind of media like that and when I download it from the internet my computer will not install it. I have read many of the post on this subject , tried them all but to no avail... What can I do, how can I get this problem fixed??

We don't know what you've "read many of the posts" nor what "tried them all" so all we can do is provide probably the same guidance you've gotten before.
Download the latest runtime from here. Note that you may already have it installed because many apps already require it. If that doesn't work then please post the exact error you're getting. If it installs but something won't run then please provide us that information.
