Microphone being incredibly quiet when recording audio

Hey, I was having trouble with my Hyperclear Cardioid microphone mic that comes with the Razer Barracuda X headset. When I try and use the Bluetooth wireless mechanic, my mic suddenly becomes very quiet and distorted. I have searched far and wide and tried just about any solution for the majority of problems regarding audio and playback. I believe it is a laptop issue (image attached, Dell Intel Core i7 8th Gen latitude 3400), since my mic sounded crystal clear when used on my phone. I know it sounds very vague, but troubleshooting through settings hasn't helped with this issue, and I haven't found anybody with the same problem as I have. Thank you for taking the time to read and respond to my question.

2024-02-11T19:28:18.6066667+00:00 So far I've only done the troubleshooting through Start > Settings > Update and Security > Troubleshoot Settings > Additional Troubleshooters > Recording Audio. I also have done everything listed on the page you linked in the message.

2024-02-17T00:30:28.7433333+00:00 The clean boot didn't change anything. After testing it again, using my laptop's internal microphone had not mimicked the issue.
