Switched directory but still billed on empty old one

Hello, I recently created a new directory because we received the domain for our startup and I wanted to start with a clean sheet. But unfortunately something went wrong, when I moved the resource to the new azure subscription. We are part of the MS Founders Hub but we are billed anyhow on the old subscription which doesn‘t have any resources. could you please help us out? best regards, Sebastian

    Hi @Sebastian Betz ,

    the best option might be to open a support case with Microsoft Azure support for clarification.

    Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.
