MS Authenticator not working with IPhone 15

My employer uses Microsoft Authenticator every time we want to log into our emails or SharePoint documents. I recently upgraded from an IPhone 12 Pro Max to an iPhone 15 Pro Max. My Authenticator worked flawlessly on my old phone but with the new phone when I try to log in either to outlook or to the Authenticator itself; it shows the two digit Authenticator code but no secondary pop up where it asks for the displayed code along with the location of the request. It then times out and the only two options to verify is to use the Authenticator App (which has just failed due to the missing pop up) and to use a one-time code from the Authenticator app which requires me to be signed in which I cannot do. I spent about 2 hours troubleshooting with MS Customer Support Chat to no avail and then being told that they have no access to the MS Authenticator App on their side and sent me here. Any advice? Thanks

    Option 1.

As an administrator assigned the Authentication Administrator or a Global Administrator role you can require users to re-register for MFA. This is a good first step when troubleshooting Multi-Factor Authentication end user issues.

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal.
    2. On the left, select Azure Active Directory > Users > All Users
    3. Choose the user you wish to perform an action on and select Authentication Methods.
    4. Click Require re-register MFA and save.

    Option 2.

    • Enable cloud backups in Microsoft Authenticator on your old phone to transfer your 2FA accounts to your new phone easily.
    • Make sure to have backup codes for each account before changing your authenticator device for added security.
    • Revalidate and remove accounts from your old phone after successfully transferring them to your new phone using Microsoft Authenticator.
