my authenticator is recognizing everything but hrblock in Microsoft Community.

Hi Aterria,

Not sure if I get the query correctly but if you want to get access to the app and it is not allowing via MFA, you will need to contact the App vendor to get the account reset so you can re-register the details and setup the MFA for access.
