With Micsotsoft F3 license used we are not able to login any Azure joined device. Whenever we tried login the windows device, getting incorrect username or password. And, with the same account, we are able to access the other company site which includes Office 365 websites.

    @prabhu mani

    Thank you for posting this in Microsoft Q&A.

    As I understand you are unable to login to Azure AD joined device even though you have F3 license.

    Usually, to perform Azure AD join with M365 Business Standard and Basic licenses, or Azure AD Free edition licenses are enough.

    With this you can surely join your device to Azure AD. But managing device in Intune is not possible.

    To manage device in Intune you need one of the following,

    • Microsoft 365 E5
    • Microsoft 365 E3
    • Enterprise Mobility + Security E5
    • Enterprise Mobility + Security E3
    • Microsoft 365 Business Premium
    • Microsoft 365 F1
    • Microsoft 365 F3
    • Microsoft 365 Government G5
    • Microsoft 365 Government G3
    • Intune for Education

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/fundamentals/licenses Since you are unable to login to AAD joined device, Can you let me know what is the username format that you are using to login to AAD joined device.

    You will have to login using username in the format AzureAD\user@domain.com.

    Let me know if you have any further questions.
