Refreshing the page does nothing

Today I'm trying to refresh the pages as I am used to do, say, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/tags/191/sql-server?page=1 and nothing shows up - no new threads since yesterday. However, if I try to go through the more complex route of opening all questions and then go to SQL Server, then new questions come up. How can I see new questions in the way I am used to by just refreshing the page? Thanks in advance.
