How to fix a error in a Microsoft Access database when trying to export a table to SharePoint

I have created a Access database and I have only 8 tables total that I want to export to SharePoint. This is the only option I have from the company i work for. I have one table named "ProcessImprovementT" that I'm trying to export to SharePoint as a list. When I go through the export procedure I get a error that say "There was an error modifying list Schemas. Failed to create field 'SDate' on table ProcessImprovementT" SDate is a Date/Time field in my Table(ProcessImprovementT) How do I fix this?
