Hello, I am struggling with mounting USB flash drives on my ASUS motherboard desktop. Even after uninstalling the USB root hub, the drivers didn't reload. As a result, my system is unable to detect any of my USB devices, including the keyboard and mouse. I am looking for a way to access the Generic USB Drivers that are in the Windows ISO file, preferably in a form that I can install from the Command Prompt. Could someone please help with this? I don't want to go through the hassle of reinstalling Windows. Thank you! Regards, David

Hello, You could try to check the steps below to update the driver. If the issue still insists, try to perform an in-place upgrade to repair system file.
