Credit Card Charges - Azure commercial subscription

Hello Hoping someone can assist as I've spent hours and days trying to get to the bottom of monthly credit card charges for a commercial product/subscription called Azure that I haven't subscribed to with any of my Microsoft accounts (work, employers or school, for kids). I only have two accounts and both do not have such a subscription nor is my credit card details listed in the payment section.
Does anyone have a Azure billing/subscription contact (i.e. person I can speak to) as I'm going around in circles online and with Microsoft various departments. No one can get me in touch with Azure billing/subscription yet. Thanks in advance Louisa

    #1 You can try raising a ticket with Azure Billing support:

    https://azure.microsoft.com/en-ca/support/create-ticket

    #2 I'd recommend contacting your credit card company and reporting fraud/stolen credit card number. Based on the information provided it seems that someone may be using your credit card to purchase Azure services.
