How to get my certificate and badge on my registered MCID

Hello, I have successfully passed the AZ-500 certification exam and received the confirmation email acknowledging my achievement. However, I have yet to receive the badge and certification in my Microsoft Certification ID (MCID). Upon checking, I noticed that there are different MCIDs associated with my learner profile, the invoice, and the confirmation email for passing the exam. Could you please assist in linking these MCIDs to ensure that I receive my certification and badge accordingly?
