AZ-104 exam was attended on 26-Jan-24 request for cancelling since i experienced the connectivity issue

Hi Team, I attended the AZ-104 exam on 26-Jan-24 and experienced a connectivity issue, after checking with Pearsonvue I received the voucher. I attended the exam on 10-Feb-24 and scored 686/700 unfortunately I did not cross the line, and now I am not able to attend the exam one more time since I have appeared on the exam five times. Since my fourth exam attempt was having a technical issue, I would request you mark this attempt as canceled and allow me to appear one more time. Kindly look into this and help as soon as possible.
