Custom Neural Text To Speech on-premise?

Hello Microsoft Community, we would like to ask, when (or IF) will be available Custom Neural Text To Speech on-premise (using containers). Currently Microsoft supports only host Text To Speech on-premise WITHOUT custom voice (which is created using Speech studio). We have some clients who want to create Custom Neural TTS but host it on-premise. Second question is pricing. Many of our clients have trouble with too high cost of Custom Neural TTS. Currently there are competitors like ElevenLabs, where the price for hosting is technically 0. We understand that its different technology, but its also blocker for some bunch of our clients. If there will be possibility to host Custom voice on-premise, do you have some estimates what could be the price? We guess it could be also for free, because technically we want to host it on our clients HW. Thank you very much
