Hello. How would I be able to add a mail-contact to a Microsoft 365 group? I've looked up a few options but none seem to work. Not sure if this will help but the 365 group has a few employees on it. The mail contact is an external user who wants to have access to the emails that come through. Thanks for your help/

You cannot add a mail contact as a member of a M365 Group, they simply do not accept this type of object. If possible, invite the user as a Guest, or directly create a Mail user account for him - this will allow you to add him as a member of the group. Keep in mind that even as a Guest/mail user, he will not be able to directly open the Group's mailbox, but will be able to receive copies of each message sent to the Group in his own mailbox.
