How do I find my Organization's Admin for teams?

I am trying to evaluate Microsoft Teams for use as our collaboration tool. When trying to create an account (Free) it is telling me that my admin must invite me to join. I should be the first person attempting to access this (I.T. Manager) but obviously someone else has already attached to our domain (Yuxx-oh.com) how can I find who that is, or eliminate the account all together so I can start over?

I have covered your domain information due to personal privacy. Thanks for your understanding.

The person who signed up for Microsoft online services automatically becomes a Global admin. If you are only the normal user in organization, it has no access to the information of admin.
