Why am I being billed $85 when I am supposed to have $200 credit?

I am supposed to have a new azure account $200 credit. But my first invoice is now billing me $84. And Microsoft is closing my account now because I am disputing this? Why? Please help. :(

    @JimH Thanks for reaching out. You need to raise a support ticket. Here is the link https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/supportability/how-to-create-azure-support-request on process of creating support case.

    Kindly note all Azure customers have access to billing and subscription management support without any charge.

    After submission of the ticket, you will be contacted by an Azure Support representative in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
