You can deploy session hosts in any Azure region to use with Azure Virtual Desktop. If your session host Virtual Machine must physically be located in Germany currently the only available region is Germany West Central. Please note that host pools, workspaces, and application groups (see terminology page) are currently not supported for Germany West Central. More information can be found on the Virtual Desktop Prerequisite page.
