Tell if a guest user setup their account.

Question

Is there a simple non-powershell or digging into login reports to see if someone that was sent a request to setup a guest account actually did it short of having to email them? We have to do a fair number and having to keep asking did you set it up is rather time wasting.

You can check the status of the invite within the Entra blade/porta. Go to Users > select the user > check the B2B invitation status in the middle of the page, or the value of the Invitation state property. Indirectly, you can also check the sign-in timestamps - if not null, the user has been able to access resources in your tenant at least once.
