How to stop bounce back from group email if member doesn't have a exchange license

Question

If we have a group in a tenant and having many members in the group with and with out exchange license, when we send a email to group email, we receive bounce back because of the memebers without exchange license in the group. Is the anyway to prevent this? Any config not to deliver emails for unlicesed users?

Can you share the complete NDR message that the email failed to be delivered?

What is the type of this group?

If it is a dynamic distribution group created in Exchange Online, please post the filter of this group.
