Ways to export import Certificate Template from one CA to another CA.

Hello Everyone, We have two separate Certificate Authority in two completely different active directory. We need to copy the certificate template from one Certificate authority to another. Is there any way to automate this process by some script? Please suggest any possible way of doing this. In advance, thanks a lot for suggestions.
