Problem with Authentication and Authorization

Good morning, I am trying to redirect users to index page after successful login, but I am being redirected to access denied page even after successful authentication and there is no registration page and users have been created through Identity USER CRUD page. Can you please help me out with this issue. Thanks in advance!

Can you share the related code about the Identity configuration and Authentication and Authorization configuration (in the Program.cs, if you are using the earlier version of .NET core, the configuration should in the startup.cs file)? So that we can know which kind of authentication and authorization method you are using. Besides, it is better to share the login method code, so we know how you're redirected to the Index page?
